Good wings don’t need much fuss. Start with great chicken, get the skin good and crispy, and add your favourite seasoning or sauce at the end.
Our wings come from chickens raised outdoors on fresh pasture, without pharmaceuticals and without GMO feed.
Quick supper idea:
Pat the wings very dry, season with salt, garlic powder and a little baking powder, then roast at 425°F until deeply golden and crisp. Toss hot with melted butter, honey and cracked black pepper — or your favourite hot sauce.
