Beef Liver

Our Preperation Suggestion:

Defrost the liver, place the pouch into cool water (still in it's packaging) and leave to defrost for around 5-10 minutes.

Place a animal fat of your choice into a cast iron pan and gently melt. 

Add some sliced onions and cook off for about 5-10 minutes, until the onions have become glossy and translucent. Remove the onions from the pan and keep somewhere warm.

Turn up the heat a little to a medium-high heat. 

Lightly season the sliced liver and add to the pan.

Cook cook on one side for a minute and a half, flip and cook the same the other side. Cook the liver for no more than 3 minutes. 

Add the onions back to the pan, mix together and serve. Fried Bacon is also excellent to pair with this.

Enjoy while still piping hot!
