Beef Stir Fry Meat

A very quick way to get a yummy supper on the table. After thawing, season and quickly sauté the strips in a small amount of HOT fat or oil (ideally rendered animal fat, clarified butter or unprocessed coconut, palm, or olive oil). The meat needs to hit a very hot pan and be tossed a bit to brown all sides Tip: Don't over fill the pan as it will cool it down to much to 'sear' and lock the juices in. Instead the meat will let out its moisture and you will stew it - which is NOT what you want!
